Watch out as you can catch acne in bed if you’re not careful.
No I’m not talking about sleeping with a dirty partner.
I’m taking about sleeping with a dirty pillow case.
Here is a short list of microbes that can exist on your dirty pillowcase
- oils
- bacteria
- dust
Acne and large pores is like an open door to your face that lets oils, bacteria or dust into your body.
If you are having a break out or a flare up then reduce the spreading by sleeping on a clean bed linen.
You will want to make sure your sleep on a clean pillow case for at least seven to ten days in a row.
I always change my pillow case and bed sheets every four days and every day during a flare up.
Don’t be a dirty acne sufferer sleep on a clean pillow case.
